This course is designed for crafters, desk workers, and anyone who wants to build strength, mobility, and resilience in a safe, PT-guided way. Whether you knit, crochet, spin, sew, or just spend a lot of time using your hands and sitting, these workouts will help you move better and feel better.

Most exercises can be done with little to no equipment. Some routines may suggest using:
A yoga mat for comfort
Light weights or resistance bands (optional for strength exercises)
A chair or foam roller for support in certain moves
If you don’t have these, modifications are always provided!
